✥ Cancellation and Return Policy ✥

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the legal returning period is 14 days. 

• Please send me an email with the subject: ‘return + order number’ and I  will create a shipping bill for you to send us back your order. Let us know the reason you want to return your item and if there is a problem, feel free to contact me for a solution.
• I will transfer your entire payment back into the account I received from you, within 14 days of receiving your product.
• Returning costs are for me, with the condition that the same shipping method is used as it was sent with. 
• If you choose to send back the order yourself, you will be responsible for these costs.
